Have you ever tried stitching on a printed fabric? Well nine of Creative Poppy's designers gave it a go using DMC's very pretty range of "Impressions" needlework fabrics. How we love the results!

A pretty background for cross-stitching:
Because of its very soft colors the printed fabric compliments the stitching without overwhelming it. It gives a prettier and more textile look to any item stitched on Aida fabric. We selected DMC's Impressions range because it is available in three coordinated patterns (stripes, gingham and heart motif) and 2 baby colors, light pink and light blue.

  Because the patterns in this collection are quick to stitch
  you can make lovely gifts in just a couple of hours. The
  stitching is easy on the Aida background yet the effect is pretty
  because of the print extending well beyond the stitched area.

Include the name and date of birth of that special baby. Add a special note: " Hand stitched with love by ... ". Patterns include alphabets and numbers to personalize your stitching. We also provide a grid where you can compose the names you want to stitch. Click here to download.
