Ever saw such cute little chicks to cross stitch! Perrette has a gift for capturing the expression of animals and children in ever so few stitches. A touch of backstitches finish off the design.
This is the small version of the pattern. It is also available in a larger size with more characters and motifs to cross stitch.
You can stitch this pattern as it is but you can also use extracts of these designs for Easter cards or for decorating the house. These motifs will work very well too on an Aida or linen band:
- chicks will fit on a 1inch / 2.5cm wide band (10 stitches accross)
- Rabbits and flowers on a 2 inch / 5 cm wide band (26 stitches accross)
- All elements of the design, including children characters on a 3 inch / 7.5 cm wide band (42 stitches accross).
