Use of pattern:
Any pattern you purchase through Creative Poppy is for your personal use only. You cannot print, copy or transfer this file to another person, in paper or electronic format, even without monetary gain. To learn more about what you can or cannot do, click here.

Copyright:
All designs for sale on www.creativepoppy.com are protected by copyright and any unauthorized use is punishable under international copyright law.



Electronic transaction:

Purchasing downloadable patterns:
Patterns sold though the Creative Poppy website are provided in a downloadable file format in .pdf format. To access these files, you will need Acrobat reader 5.0 or later to open the file as well as an internet connection that lets you the download files up to 4Mb (4000 Kb) . You will receive important information by email and need to provide a valid email address and make sure that service@creativepoppy.com is added to your address book or white list.

Final transaction:
All sales and downloads are final and effective once the payment has been made. We cannot make any refunds once the files have been made available to you on your personal download page and that you have been sent your password.

Electronic delivery:
The files are available for download for a limited time (7 days). You can download the file up to three times. The password provided by Creative Poppy for opening your files is private and cannot be shared with another person.



Prices, Taxes, Exchange rates and Billing:

Taxes:
All prices of products displayed on this website exclude sales tax. If you are a resident of the European Union, Value Added Tax will be applied to your purchase. Learn more. If it is your case, Value added tax is added to your bill during checkout, before you confirm your purchase.

Currency:
For your convenience you can choose among several currencies for ordering on Creative Poppy’s website. Transactions are carried out in the currency you select when browsing the website and that is displayed when placing the order. That exact amount, in that currency will be charged to you credit card or Paypal.

Prices:
Prices are valid at the time of the purchase. We reserve the right to review our prices at any time, without prior notice.

Billing:
You will automatically receive a summary of your transaction by email with the information about your order. Your bill is downloadable from your “My account” section of Creative Poppy’s website. This bill is your proof of purchase, including your agreement with the Terms and Conditions.

Promotions:
Promotions can be applied once per client, during the time of validity stated and can not be cumulated with other promotions. Minimum purchases may apply. First order promotions are valid for customers signing up and purchasing for the first time on Creative Poppy’s website.



Privacy Policy:

Any personal information is collected only for billing and contact purposes. We will not share this information with any third parties.

At any time after registration, you can change all information you provided by visiting the “My Information page” under the “My Account” area of our website. At any time you can request to remove your name from our files by contacting us at contact@creativepoppy.com.


Payment security:

We do not have access to or store your credit card information on our servers. All our on-line card payments are handled directly by Paypal which has rigourous anti-fraud procedures in place.
